Well the best news of all has Happened after months of disappointed search's We have finally secured a house And Move in July 1st Melinda I am soooo stoked right now and Cant wait to move in. Finally have a yard for the kids to run and a Gorgeous front deck to sit on, And three bedrooms so plenty of room and basement for storage / Her tanning bed

NO GARAGE but that can be added I am just so so sick of Apartment Living, they love to party party party All the neighbors live for, Just so glad our kids wont be around this crap anymore ................

That's a cool house ... congrats!

So, does it have any "alterations" like the other house did that we found as we walked around outside it? That was sssssooo cool to try to hypothesize what the original was vs. the changes-additions!!!!

Added some interior shots and who would have thunk my friend who is a rat rod builder is one of higher up people and ex mayor on the Village board and he told me tonight I don't for see ANY PROBS with a garage going up in the backyard area as long as its not a 5 car 2 story as he was laughing pointing to his garage LOL which is a 5 car 2 story garage LOL

it is on the smaller side of life but for a first time home owner its perfect to start with and Love sure grows in small places ......Having so many ideas already with repainting but I kinda like the paneling gives it a homey feel like from when you growing up back in the 70's and if my car is any means how I like the 70's Look out LOL

So he just doesn't want to be one-upped. I get it. So stick with 4 cars, 1 story and maybe a crawlspace and you should be good to go. Just don't out-do the ex-mayor and your permit will sail through just fine. Very Happy

Good luck. Good to get kiddies away from all the bull crap.

Many moons ago we left a 3rd floor apt in a big complex. We didn't know it at the time but there were two neighbor chicks across the hall that were "turning tricks". No one suspected anything either, it was on the real down-low. Only reason they got busted was one night things got way out of hand & they called the fuzz.

With the garage. Id try to find a model thats a bit wider OR with a garage door that is not centered in the front of the building. That way you will be able to open at least one door of the car fully. Comes in handy in the winter.

I do have the Car dollies to move car side to side Joe, But will keep that in mind Budget I think is limiting me to a 14 to 16 Max width and max depth will be 24
