Here are some pics of the body bushings I bought from OPGI. The only issue may be the core support bushings, the one that is supposed to go there (from instructions) will need to be trimmed but the rear bushing will fit perfectly in that spot but are shorter. I didn't take any pics of them to compare.

Does anyone know if all the 73-77 body bushings are the same height, and diameter? I assume the color/part # on each factory bushing is referring to the hardness of the bushing.

I purchased a poly kit for a 91-96 police Caprice, which is close but not exact. I also have a poly 68-72 vert set which is smaller in diameter and don't want to use them. I don't want each bushing to have a smaller "footprint" than stock.

I purchased a 2-3/4" diameter 95A poly rod to machine all body bushings for my Monte.  I might make the bushings a 1/4" shorter than stock to lower the whole body on the frame.

So which set did you get? 68-72 chevelle convertible, or 73-77 Chevelle/Malibu?

So after reading all of this, what is the consensus?

Some say 68-72 Chevelle Conv, others said it is smaller than originals.

Poly or Rubber?

I also heard 94-96 Impala?

I have 72 chevelle convertible bushings. They match what I had in the car. . I found that the 72 gto convertible had smaller diameter bushings.

I only got the radiator core support bushings.  Funny thing, their hardware doesn't quite match up- if you can save yours & restore/reuse you'll be OK.  If not it's a trip to the hardware store for some washers & a longer bolt.  I think that 68-72 "Convertible" bushings are the ones that are supposed to match up perfectly.  I haven't bought those & am leaving the body on.

Where did you buy them (which brand)?

Does anyone know pro's and con's with poly bushings?

I bought poly bushings from energy suspension, they weren't the correct height or diameter. They didn't come with inserts either. They looked as though they had the potential of cracking because they don't deflect or flex. I went with OE style rubber bushings from Ground Up restoration.

I have a lot of extra 68-72 es poly bushings laying around from other projects and can say they are smaller in diameter and the 73-77 metal inserts don't fit in them, so I did not want to use them on my 73.

I did use the Energy Suspension poly bushings for 91-96 Caprice police car. They are the correct od and I believe the correct height for a 73-77 A body and the original inserts fit in them perfectly.

I bought two sets to get all the same height bushings.

Two sets, that sucks.

91-96 Caprice has two listings: stock and firm/police/race.

I used the Energy Suspension police car firm bushings, I think the are 88A hardness.

Core support? Bushings worked perfect too. The only place I used the softer/shorter bushings were in the last location behind the back bumper, the originals were a little shorter than the rest of them.

It was important to me to have the correct bushings and use the original metal sleeves, so the price for two sets didn't hurt too much.
