Yes that's OK. How is any new person supposed t o find El Camino pics & updates on a thread titled "El Camino question... but anybody can help" That doesn't sound like a progress thread at all. Just saying. Thanks for changing it BTW.

For the record though, if you have a problem with ANY Admin asking one small favor to keep the site uncluttered, well............. Flush

I'm wanting to start cleaning things up around here like old posts getting categorized in the right spot with correct titles, etc. We're getting to the point of maturity that we should start thinking about new members asking questions & being able to find old posts to reference easier. Do you know how many times I have dug up old threads about bumpers & various parts interchanges because new members couldn't find the threads?

but how are you going to categorize everything? shouldnt all the stuff about bumper questions and stuff be under the g3 tech topic?
the way i look at it is if someone is looking for something about bumpers just type in the search box on the top of this page and type it in. it shows everything with the word "bumper" in it. i havent had a problem finding topics that you guys have posted a long time ago.

Not saying I'm going to change everything or anything like that, just saying I'm gonna start cleaning up & separating/retitling stuff that gets too far off topic. What started out as a simple question is now your Elky build thread. What if some day you finish your car, it gets noticed by a new member & they want to know what all you done to smooth your tailgate or hack up your turn signals? Do you think they would have looked at a thread about "El Camino question" that is asking about coil springs? I know I wouldn't have. That's all, I'm not trying to be a edit or anything.

haha i understand what your saying i agree that g3gm needs some organization. everything is all scattered around i cant tell you how many times you had to move topics to there right location, and thats just from my knowledge you probably moved A LOT more. keep up the good work Thumbs up
