I think 2 1/2" L88 is too short. In the green malibu pic, I'm not a fan of the way his L88 "fades" away on the windshield end. They need some rise in the back. When driving my car, with the headlights on, I can see the back of the passenger headlight glowing. Nice big mouth on the windshield end. My car is non a/c but I cant open the dash vents at all because it just sucks in all the hot engine air.
