Cheapo disposable wire welder to patch laguna roof?
Cheapo disposable wire welder to patch laguna roof?
How difficult is it to weld small patch panels with a .035(ish) flux-core mig? I don't know if those $100 harbor freight throw-aways can be adapted for .023 wire which I hear is optimum size for body sheet metal.I think they all come standard with .035? I just need to stick a 4" diameter piece in the Laguna roof so I can move this project ahead but can't pop for anything over 100 bucks right now.Any experiences you guys can share? Thank you.
