Those rallys are pretty easy to come by unless your looking for date code correct. Just last week I posted in the for sale section a guy on craigslist had a set of 5 '74 laguna rallys. 14x7 with 4 trim rings and 3 center caps. All for $75. Looked real clean.

I wasn't aware '73/'74's came std. with 14x7 wheels. Seems pretty small for the size of these cars. Why not find some 15x7 rallys? They're probably even easier to find.

The optional rallys for 73 were 14x7. Standard wheels would be plain steel and I would guess they are normal 14x6. The rally were the 6 hole type like camaros and novas had.
Personally I think corvette 15x7 or x8 would be a better choice.

I always wondered why GM chose 14" wheels/tires for the 450hp LS6 chevelles as well as my (and others) '73 chevelles.Although my ride quality has always been excellent I was never quite satisfied with the 14" handling in cornering and steering response.I will eventually upgrade the suspension and change to 15" on mine because it seems to "plow" in turns and feels top-heavy on the little wheels/tires.

I agree on the 15X8 corvette wheels and will probably use them with rings and caps. I want to keep the car as near original as possible, but what to drive it. Only 56K miles, one owner. I will send picks as progress continues. Installing front and rear floor pans now. Carpet to follow. Originally had rubber floor mat. Thanks to all. My wife can only say, HERE WE GO AGAIN, I have rebuilt 65 El Camino, 66 super sport 396, and 67 SS 327 . all shown in Atlanta World of Wheels in the early 70"s.

Here's some 7's for a good price. Might want to put some 7's on the front and 8's in the back.
