Quarter Windows Empty Quarter Windows

Did all 73 Chevelles come with the triangle quarter windows? Was there an option where the upper quarter was completely solid? I found a picture of one 74 like this online. Is this stock?

That is not stock, from the pics i see The quarter Windows were closed up, the bumpers were sectioned (narrowed) and the tail light treatment looks like modified '76/'77 pieces (the car is a '74) even the deck lid is from a'75/'77. <?>

The article is realy cool, mentions everything he's done, and how much he races the thihg too.

Honestly I've seen that pic several times before, but just noticed the tail lights and deck lid after I responded about the windows. Hence the "edit"
