Check TCI & B&M. They have nice ones for around $350. Call them (or anyone you choose to buy from) & discuss your engine spec's before you order one.

I like ProTorque. I have one in my 56 Chevy that I put in year 2000. I also have one in my 73 Malibu. You give them your specs and they ask you want you want it to do like "shred the tires or ET times" Then they build it to what your needs are. I have not had in problems in 14 years with mine. Not cheap but if they last its worth it.

When I had my trans "built" back in the late '90's they installed a Coan converter because they said it was the best.  Idk if that's fact or opinion though.
