F'ing beautiful Monte Carlo. One thing I find odd though(why I'm posting it) is the floor console. I have never seen one like that. Floor console, and a column shift. Claims it to be original. It sure looks like it is. -scratches head-
"The car was also ordered with the rare option of bucket seats with a console and shifter on the column."
I would still love to have it.

Re: 1985 Monte Carlo SS
they did the same thing to some 73/74 montes. one of the test articles for a 73 had buckets with no console.
phil in arizona has a 73 and a 74 both 454 cars with buckets and no console.

Re: 1985 Monte Carlo SS
i think it does make sense somehow, if someone wanted more comfort through the corners, but didnt want to waste money on console (i suppose it was extra). its automatic anyhow, floor shifter doesnt make much sense to me unles its a ratchett.
