I Guarantee it is a Flipper and that car had to have had the big wheels on it, No other explanation for the Height of springs on car
it just sits to tall for it not to have had them NOT that I care just pointing it out and something the New owners should look into

If factory why it has a dual exhaust crossmember with Factory exhaust ??

I didn't know there were exhaust specific crossmembers. Seems like it would be an unnecessary expense on GM's part. The parts books I have say nothing with regards to single vs dual exhaust, only transmission type.
For what it's worth, my 1974 Monte Carlo had factory single exhaust yet had the "dual exhaust" crossmember.

The dual exhaust crossmember was standard through 1974 year model. Oldsmobile used exhaust manifolds that the left side has a pipe that goes to the front of the right manifold and a single outlet on the rear - except the W30 and W31 cars had factory cast iron headers and dual exhaust. Tornado's had their own exhaust manifolds.
