Anyone made an adapter for floor jack?
I'm wanting to make an adapter for my large floor jack to fit the pinch weld of today's newer cars. I have researched some of the rubber ones(hockey pucks) and have found some horrible reviews. Has anyone used one of these or made your own?

Harbor freight has an adjustable width model that fits on your floor jack. Lifts both sides at the same.e time

On my '93 Buick Park Avenue, I made a pad from wood, that fits over the pinch weld, a couple of inches on each side of the pinch weld, and that just sits on the jack. No problem with it....
