yea i was watching that on espn2 LIVE should have heard the argument between force and pedregon after force's "NEAT LITTLE LOSS" to hight (his other driver) he threw it for sure but the "DATA WAS INCLUSIVE" just like they knew it would be. I like John Force but he should be fined for that stunt or have some team owner points taken away for that.

John Force has been throwing races for the benefit of his teammates- and having them throw races for him- since he added a second car about 15 years ago.
Tony P was just in a bad mood because he didn't make the chase or whatever the hell they call their stupid "playoff" thing. and if anyone is in a position to know how the Force team works, it's him. he drove for John Force for 8 seasons and threw a lot of races for the benefit of his boss.

i wonder what this drama is going to do for the tv ratings during the final stretch of the season?
will there be a lot of on track drama when a Pegregon car meets a Force car?
will there be any return road brawls?
will Tony Pedregon wake up in the shower and realize it was all just a dream?

some of us used to enjoy professional drag racing, but thanks to people like John Force throwing rounds and dominating it, we don't enjoy it any more.
do you remember watching the final rounds of the weekly NHRA event LIVE on TNN every Sunday? back when they showed not only the fuel classes, but also the Pro Stockers and a lot of the Comp classes? back when the coverage focused on the races and the people and technology that made the races possible? back when one team didn't dominate and throw rounds so that he can have 4 of the 10 spots in some stupid "countdown" thing to all but assure that someone on his team will win the championship? back when John Force was a one car team that wasn't guaranteed a spot in the ladder just because he's John Force?

YES!!! BUT THOSE DAYS ARE LONG GONE!! PUT YOURSELF IN FORCES SHOES......WIN ANOTHER ROUND AND KNOCK YOUR OWN CAR OUT OF COUNTDOWN OR NOT!!........JUST THE WAY THE RULES ARE....... IF PEDRAGON HAD BEEN BETTER THE REST OF THE YEAR IT WOULDNT BE AN ISSUE WOULD IT???? .......... TEAM RACING SEEMS TO WORK PRETTY WELL IN NHRA OR NASCAR ......AND DONT FORGET FORCE HAS 14 CHAMPIONSHIPS SO I BET HE KNOWS SOMTHING ABOUT IT!!!!! UNFORTUNATLY MONEY FUCKS EVERYTHING UP!!!!!!

he does have a lot of championships, but he got at least half of them because he had at least one other car out there to take dives when needed.
